Your staff was brilliantly accommodating when I discovered I'd made a mistake in my booking and needed an extra night. She came up with an excellent solution that enabled me to keep my room and I very much appreciate the attention to detail.

The staff was excellant. We were fortunate to receive an upgraded room with a balcony. The hotel was in an easy location to the train station. It was a little bit of a walk to old town, but fine if you enjoy walking (they gave free bus passes which looked easy enough to use, but we liked the walk).
Most importantly - very clean room.
