"My stay was terrific. The room was terrific and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only disappointing aspect of my stay was the speed of the internet. I was in Geneva for business and it was very frustrating to have such slow service, even after I purchased the high speed cable. I appreciated that you gave it to me at cost once I brought this issue to your attention. Note, at no time did my computer detect wireless internet in your hotel. I strongly recommend you not advertise that as a feature because it really annoyed me that I couldnt get it once I checked in. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
