Le service de réception s'est toujours montré disponible pour nous aider lors de notre séjour. L'hôtel a également une très bonne situation avec tous les moyens de transport a coté et proche du centre. Nous somme ravis et nous retournerons surement à cet hôtel lors de notre prochaine visite à Genève. "

I appreciated that you gave it to me at cost once I brought this issue to your attention. Note, at no time did my computer detect wireless internet in your hotel. I strongly recommend you not advertise that as a feature because it really annoyed me that I couldnt get it once I checked in. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
