    • Cod Skrey cooked on the skin, carrots with cumin muslin, pilaf rice and carrot emulsion
  • Wednesday
    • Chicken breast and sage, cooked in low temperature, celery muslin
  • Thursday
    • Grilled Parisian Entrecôte, butter and herbs, mashed potatoes and green salad
