    • Salmon, mashed sweet potatoes, red onions and puff pumpkin pastry
  • Thursday
    • Candied duck leg, candied quince and Soubise potatoes with pine flavour
  • Friday
    • Hazelnut crusted cod, leeks, vegetables and supreme sauce
