  • Wednesday
    • Ravioli with chicken oyster with ginger and tarragon, stewed fava beans with Pata Negra bacon, green asparagus tips and mushroom espuma
  • Thursday
    • Duckling fillet skewer, green beans fricassée, preserved tomatoes and polenta fries with lemon thyme
  • Friday
    • Red label slamon slab cooked on one side, mini ratatouille with oregano, sweet garlic croquette and sweet peppers emulsion with sesame
