    • Thyme flavoured beef tab, mushrooms with herbs ans butter, « Paimpol » coconut
  • Tuesday
    • Rosti burger (mayo, candied onion, gherkin, iceberg salad, tomato, beef steak, “gruyere” cheese) salads
  • Wednesday
    • Grilled amberjack fillet, sesonal vegetables tatin with fir honey, parnsip moussline, hazelnut vinaigrette
  • Thursday
    • Venison stew, grand’ma garniture, potatoes gnocchi, « Bruxelles » cabbage
  • Friday
    • Coalfish fillet with parmesan and almonds croute, celery and granny smith risotto, frozen artichokes
