    • Grilled Parisian steak, garlic and herbs butter, eggplant fritters with ricotta / confit tomato, muslin potatoes
  • Tuesday
    • Mexican burger (beef, guacamole, lettuce, tomato, onion) salad with crunchy vegetables and country potatoes
  • Wednesday
    • Cod cooked on its skin, risotto with shellfish and vegetables, haddock emulsion
  • Thursday
    • Chicken supreme from Dombes like a Korma, pilaf rice with pineapple and banana skewer
  • Friday
    • Salmon steak, crispy vegetable nem, fennel muslin and parsley emulsion
