    • Shrimp raviolis, mushrooms fricassee, vegetables tagliatelli, mushrooms emulsion
  • Tuesday
    • Chicken burger paprika, Saint Nectaire cheese, white onions, iceberg salad, tomato, cucumber and fries
  • Wednesday
    • Royal sea bream, leeks fondue, parsnip muslin, virgin sauce
  • Thursday
    • Duckling filet cooked at low temperature, marrow muslin with maple syrop, Vonnassiennes pancakes and carrots
  • Friday
    • Poached plaice in hazelnut pastry,butternut dices, creamy risotto with Parmesan cheese, marrow emulsion
