    • Confit rabbit leg, fried mushrooms, creamed mashed potatoes
  • Thursday
    • Arborio risotto with vegetables, chicken skewer, mushrooms espouma
  • Friday
    • Salmon grilled on skin, parsnip cream, sweet potato and virgin vinaigrette
