    • Millefeuille style beef with candied vegetables, local potatoes with duck flab
  • Tuesday
    • Swiss Burger (beef steak, tomatoes, onion compote, salads, "rosti“ potatoes)
  • Wednesday
    • Oriental style lamb raviole, curry flavoured zucchini and dried fruits, wheat semoline spice juice
  • Thursday
    • Candied chicken oyster with tarragon, pilaw rice and braised salads
  • Friday
    • Fish bourride, saffroned potatoes in casserole, small vegetables, croutons and thyme
