  • Monday
    • Thyme flavoured grilled beef skewers, „Paimpol“ beans, carotts mousselin and choron sauce
  • Tuesday
    • Burger Tartar ( Buns, lightly-seared tartar, tomatoes, salads, onions, mayonaise and mustard, potatoes with paprika)
  • Wednesday
    • Poached hake fillet, broad beans ragou with olives and dried tomatoes, vegetable risotto and ala tartar
  • Thursday
    • Candied duck leg with crispy vegetables, peas mousselin
  • Friday
    • Grilled sea bream fillet, iced « Macau » artichokes with cashew nuts, celery risotto
