  • Monday
    • Grilled steak, sautéed chanterelles with parsley, muslin potatoe and Choron sauce
  • Tuesday
    • Italian Burger (Aubrac steak, mozzarella, romaine, beef heart, pesto) Pont Neuf potatoes, caesar with Parma ham
  • Wednesday
    • Poached hake fillet, beans Niçoise style, quinoa and coriander, iodized sauce flavored with ras el hanout spices
  • Thursday
    • Duck cooked at low temperature and lacquered with pine honey, samossa with duck confit, Provencal tomato, thyme polenta puck
  • Friday
    • Fish assortment, lobster bisque with kari goss, asparagus, spinach and pilaf rice
