    • Lacquered duck fillet, risotto with vegetables and vegetable tian, port pearl juice
  • Tuesday
    • Argentine Burger (Bagel, beef steak, chimichuri, fried egg) country potatoes and saladin
  • Wednesday
    • One side cooked sea bream, artichoke muslin, madras rice, fish sauce
  • Thursday
    • Lamb confit, semolina with vegetables and asparagus
  • Friday
    • Perch fillet “Meunières style”, French fries and saladin
