  • Wednesday
    • Wooden stick of Black Tiger in red Tandoori, creamy risotto in the Parmesan cheese, emulsion of Satay
  • Thursday
    • Roasted steaklet of duck, palets of polenta in the lemon thym, Canelones of courgette
  • Friday
    • Back of poached hake, risotto of celeriac and coriander, the gnocchi of potato, emulsion of cauliflower
