    • Breast of guinea fowl cooked at low temperature, feta cheese tart, tomatoes, arugula and eggplant caviar
  • Tuesday
    • Mexican burger (guacamole, red onion, iceberg, “cœur de boeuf” tomato, country potatoes and Saladin
  • Wednesday
    • Salmon risotto, spring vegetables, satay emulsion
  • Thursday
    • Grilled beef tab, vegetables millefeuille (zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes, peppers), dauphine potatoes with thyme, herb butter
  • Friday
    • Cod fillet with hazelnut crust, green asparagus flan, paella rice
