    • Cod slice, artichoke mousseline, mixed vegetables with « nantais » butter
  • Thursday
    • Low cooked chicken breast with basil, celery risotto, grilled zucchini with curry
  • Friday
    • Crispy shrimps with « ratatouille » and rice
