  • Monday
    • Chicken breast with sage, multicolored cabbage, artichoke muslin, potatoes with thyme
  • Tuesday
    • Breizh burger (buckwheat blinis and potatoes, beef steak with onions, cider “sabayon”, red apple sticks, artichoke chips) salad
  • Wednesday
    • Golden cod cooked on its skin, celery cannelloni, pumpkin muslin
  • Thursday
    • Confit rabbit leg, steamed cabbage, polenta with mushrooms
  • Friday
    • Shrimp tempura with smoked paprika, Asian style fried rice, carrot and cumin muslin, chili sauce with fresh herbs
