  • Tuesday
    • Roasted salmon’s back with zucchini cannelloni, mashed potatoes with parsley and red sweet pepper emulsion
  • Wednesday
    • Beef and preserved vegetables « millefeuille », darphin potatoes and green pesto
  • Thursday
    • Shrimps and vegetables ravioli and crustacean emulsion
  • Friday
    • Sea bream with ratatouille, linguine with mussels and saffron sauce
