Staff were very friendly and it was very helpful that many spoke English and were patient with my poor French. Each time I have found the hotel to be warm, clean and the staff are always helpful and friendly. The hotel is also very conveniently located for access to the station, the lake and the city. I would have no hesitation on recommending it to friends, and indeed I look forward to a return visit next year."
