"There was slight confusion regarding the terms of my booking at the welcome. Breakfast was included in the promotion and it was accepted at check-in. I had paid in advance previously for ALL services except city tax as part of the promotion offer. On departure I was asked for the balance of my stay ie. the breakfasts but it was soon cleared up and a revised bill issued. That said we rate your hotel as excellent and thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
