    • Thin slices of shank of beef, preserved shallots with red wine, mashed potatoes with olive oil and crunchy sucrine lettuce
  • Miércoles
    • Chicken breast with basil cooked in low temperature, celeri risotto, carrots and mini leeks
  • jueves
    • Lackered pork’s cheek with maple syrup, stewed fava beans, small onions and creamy polenta
  • viernes
    • Char’s fillet, « soubise » potatoes, artichoke’s heart with cashew nuts, green peas and lemongrass emulsion.
