"We spent two wonderful days at Hotel Kipling. You had sent us a welcome email 3 days before our arrival, and your warm welcome upon arrival made the beginning of our short holiday very pleasant. The staff was exceptionally attentive, well-informed, polite and helpful. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and really atmospheric with even the smallest piece of decoration carefully chosen. It even looked better than in the website photos, which is rather rare... In Hungary (and perhaps not only there) this hotel would probably deserve 4 stars. Our overall imression was very positive - we would definitely recommend the place to every tourist."
