would like to congratulate the care staff, especially the receptionist Paula. Very polite, kind and helpful. It was a very good experience we had at the hotel.

The service in particular was excellent. The breakfast buffet would benefit from a bit more fresh cheese (not in plastic packages) - but that's a minor thing. I enjoyed my stay and would stay with Manotel again!

Very good hotel for being 3 stars. Location was excellent, walking distance to train station and tram stop to center just around the corner. Highly recommended

Nous avons été très heureuses de séjourner 4 nuits dans votre hôtel. La décoration nous a fait voyager, bien à l'image de Kipling, le personnel était vraiment sympathique et à l'écoute, et vous gagnez haut la palme de la plus charmante salle de bain d'hôtel que nous ayons vue! Tout ceci a rendu notre séjour à Genève vraiment très agréable et nous aurons grand plaisir si nous devions revenir à séjourner de nouveau dans ce petit havre exotique.

Hotel propre et agréable, d'un très bon rapport qualité prix et bien situé, je le recommande pour un petit WE en amoureux. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir. Personnel agréable, souriant et prévenant, petit déjeuner excellent.

Deuxième séjour en juillet cette fois ci à l'hôtel Kipling : tout était parfait ! De la réception, toujours prête à rendre service et souriante, au petit-déjeuner buffet, copieux et excellent avec un personnel attentionné et très souriant, au personnel des étages qui rend des chambres d'une très grande propreté ; le room-service est très appréciable et le bistrot Le Duo à l'hôtel Royal à deux pas est toujours aussi bon. La carte délivrée en début de séjour pour l'accès aux transports en commun (tram, bus et mouettes) facilite les déplacements dans Genève, c'est une très bonne idée. Que dire de plus ? Tout le personnel est vraiment très agréable et d'une grande compétence, l'hôtel a une ambiance très feutrée. Nous n'attendons qu'une chose, la date de notre prochain séjour au Kipling. Merci d'avoir contribué à rendre notre séjour des plus agréables.
