The Hotel N'vY has a purposeful "boutique hotel" feel, which is a nice change from what you would normally find. I enjoyed the eclectic artwork and decor. Most importantly, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, always acknowledged when passing reception which is nice. Hotel decor very nice and modern and fresh. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and most definitely stay at N'vY again.

- the Philips color lights, and
- the ice in my drinks (the solid square blocks of ice...excellent)

I have stayed at the hotel many times and have never been disappointed. The rooms are attractive and well appointed, the staff are helpful, polite and efficient and the overall atmosphere is one of quiet charm. I travel a lot for business and it is one of the better small four star hotels I've encountered in Europe or the US. Given how expensive Geneva can be, the price of the rooms and food is reasonable.
