Had not used the resturant as was a shory stay but it looks grand.Really enjoyed our stay very much. Our room was wonderful and would not want to stay anywhere else when in Geneve. The staff at the Royal always make their guests feel like they are special. The service is stupendous and the hotel is like a comfortable home.

Our stay was wonderful from beginning to end! Lovely rooms, accommodating staff and a central location that worked well for our short stay. Although we were only in the city one night, we felt the amenities and perks such as chocolates and apples delivered to our room, free wifi, and several other vouchers made the hotel a great value. We highly recommend the Hotel Royal and would not hesitate to try other sister properties as well. Kuddos to the hotel and staff!

I was incredibly impressed with the service and quality of the hotel. We received a complimentary upgrade which was a lovely surprise and couldn't have been more impressed with the size and quality of the suite we stayed in. Thank you for your help prior to and during our stay - I would definitely stay again. Minor feedback is that we could hear when people checked in to the suite next door (probably only because it was fairly late), however that was a very minor annoyance and didn't impact on the vast majority of our stay.
