I was in Geneva for business and it was very frustrating to have such slow service, even after I purchased the high speed cable. I appreciated that you gave it to me at cost once I brought this issue to your attention. Note, at no time did my computer detect wireless internet in your hotel. I strongly recommend you not advertise that as a feature because it really annoyed me that I couldnt get it once I checked in. Overall, a very pleasant stay. "I really enjoyed my short stay in your hotel. De suite was perfect with a beautiful sunterrace on the roof, if only I had the time to enjoy it more instead only sleeping there... The only tip I could give you is a small ramp on the stairs to carry luggage up to the elevator, or somebody to help with heavy bags. Overall I was very impressed with the service and friendliness of the staff and will surely come again if in Geneva. "
